Yoga for Toddlers 10 months to 3 years


As soon as our daughter began to crawl it became increasingly difficult to include a workout in our routine.   Unfortunately for us, she started crawling at 4 months old and now at 2 years old she is still on the move.

We knew there had to be a way to incorporate Yoga in to our toddler’s life, but we just did not know how to do it and there were no videos to help us.

So we asked Acharya Sri Khadi Madama to design a program for our specific needs, and what she was able to achieve  exceeded our greatest expectations.

Parents of Toddlers know this is a very difficult developmental stage where frustrations and emotions run high for parents and children.

These exercises are designed to reduce the tension between you and your child and encourage better sleep and more focus.  You will have the opportunity to relax and focus on taking care of yourself as well, an essential component to maintaining and happy, healthy family.
